Mobile Workbench with Table Saw & Router Table
Hello everyone! here's my latest project, a robust and versatile woodworking bench to which I'll also attach a bench table saw, a router table and a sliding carriage to make crosscuts in a more comfortable and precise way with the table saw.

Here I'm running some tests to see how good the mortise and tenon joints of the frames for my new mobile workbench are, and they seem to be perfect!

Drilling some holes in the frame of the workbench which will allow me to use the holdfast clamps. I've used a solid carbide drill bit--the kind used in CNCs.
In only 16 seconds I've managed to drill a 20mm hole in a 54mm thick piece of hard plywood, with a simple drill press stand!

I have started putting together the parts that make up the frames of the mobile workbench. I'll do this bit by bit, joining one of the long bottom rails with the two legs and the short top rail.

I've finished the workbench frames. Now it's time for one of my favorite parts, joining the interior modules with the frames. For this step I had to go all-in with the clamps!

Cutting the grooves for the miter channel that will allow me to move the sliding carriage with the table saw. I finish adjusting the grooves by hand with a router plane.

One more short video to show you how I'm making the fence for the sliding carriage. I've used an aluminum L profile and two steel pipes which will let me extend the fence.
